The UAMS Health North Street Clinic is a free clinic that serves patients with the following conditions:

- Heart conditions
- Kidney disease
- Stroke complications
- Movement problems
- Joint pain
- Wounds
The North Street Clinic helps those without insurance obtain medications and provides free Physical Therapy on Thursday afternoons for qualified patients.
