Fatherhood FIRE

The Fatherhood FIRE (Family-focused, Interconnected, Resilient and Essential) program provides dads, moms, partners and families with education, resources and support through services in community settings and one-on-one phone calls for free.

What We Offer

We work with fathers, couples and co-parents to ensure that every child has a safe and nurturing environment every day so they can be healthy throughout their life.

We can help:

  • Connect you to community resources
  • Provide parenting education, resources and case management
  • Provide family goal setting
  • Provide a support network for men and fathers in our community
  • Assist with making job connections through local job fairs and employment agencies
  • Translate (we offer services in English, Spanish and Marshallese)

24/7 Dad®

24/7 Dad® is an evidence-based fatherhood program used to improve the knowledge, behavior, and skills of dads and father figures. The program is built on the basis that fathers can be nurturers, and for men, nurturing is a learned skill. Throughout the program, men examine their own fatherhood history and learn important behaviors to help them be the best dads they can be.

24/7 Mom

24/7 Mom is an adapted curriculum to serve our mothers. The curriculum helps mothers reflect on how the way they were raised affects how they relate to their children, the father of their children and others. Mothers learn communication skills to help them more effectively interact with their children and co-parent.

24/7 Couples is an adapted curriculum to serve our couples to improve knowledge, behavior of skills of mothers, fathers and father figures. The curriculum helps parenting couples reflect on how the way they were raised affects how they relate to their children and each other. Couples will learn communication skills to help them more effectively interact with their children and their partner.
