COVID-19 vaccines are available at all mobile health screenings!

All adults and children 5 and older are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine. Children ages 5-17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

You will not need to provide: Social Security number, proof of citizenship or legal status, or insurance. COVID-19 vaccines are available at no cost to you.
